ASA Recruitment is looking to recruit an interim Workforce Development Officer for one of its clients in Edinburgh.

Taking a lead role in workforce development and workforce planning activities, you will function as an experienced
learning and development practitioner ensuring service and learning needs are identified, delivered and evaluated.

Knowledge of current developments in Social Work education, social work services and national policy initiatives and a
minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience in a social work setting are essential.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Social Work or equivalent, a Personnel qualification and SQA A/V Units Award
