ASA Recruitment is looking to recruit a Home Manager for one of it's clients.

The home provides nursing care for frail elderly and residents with dementia and requires a strong leader who has the ability to motivate staff and market the home positively.

Experience at a management level is essential and you will be either a registered nurse or have an equivalent social care background with demonstrable knowledge of the Regulation of Care Act.

A social background would require a level 4 in care or a degree and a level 4 in management.

All candidates must be prepared to work towards the Registered Managers Award (Leadership and management award).
