description  :  Associate Director - Operations to support a growing team of researchers in the healthcare market research subsidiary of a leading agency. You will be a graduate or equivalent. And should have some "ad hoc" healthcare research experience and be interested in people and making teams work. You will also have some account management experience although you will be focusing on the operational side in resourcing, costing and running projects. A 4-day week or reduced daily working hours is possible.
