My client is looking for an experienced Forensics Laboratory Chemist to be responsible for setting up a new Lab, including selecting hardware/equipment, mentoring and developing the team of lab analysts & chemists. Designing the processes and methods to deliver the working Laboratory to the organisation. Then to grow and develop the team and culture within the lab.
