The ideal candidates will have: * Proven experience, working with young people who display challenging behaviour. * An NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care- Caring for Children and Young People. * Relevant supervisory experience. * Robust, Resilent and Reliable characteristics. * High motivation, with a good level of flexibility. * The ability to cope with very challenging and demanding situations
