Pool Lifeguards are required to lead their specialist activities for 3-7 sessions per day on a rota basis; session planning and providing a structured environment will play a key part of this job role. The rest of your time will be spent in other non-specialist activities. Pool Lifeguards are responsible for directing and supporting GL's within their specific activity, as well as the daily preparation and maintenance of their equipment /resources.

The Pool Lifeguard will hold sole responsibility for the day to day running of the pool and ensure all rules and safety
aspects are adhered to during and outside of sessions. Pool lifeguards are expected to be aware of and adhere to all camp
Beaumont policies and procedures.

* Must hold current ASA or have experience organising structured swimming sessions

* Must hold current NPLQ or RLSS Pool Lifeguard qualification

Day Camps are located at superb venues in Ascot, Brentwood, Bromley, Esher, Mill Hill, Northwood, Wimbledon, Woodford,Reigate, Tunbridge Wells, Richmond,Colfe's and the NEW sites Alderham, WD6 and Chertsey, KT16.
