Group Leaders (GL's) have responsibility for the welfare of a particular age group of children at camp both during and outside activity times. GL's also instruct initiative games / non-specialist activities and assist Activity Instructors with specialist activities throughout the day. GL's have additional roles including monitoring the welfare needs of individual children, equipment preparation and various camp operational duties. A high level of energy and enthusiasm is required!

* Qualifications required.

* A minimum age of 18 years

* GL's need previous leadership experience with young people
and/or a well developed interest in sports, music, drama, arts &
crafts or any recreational pursuits.

* A high level of personal proficiency is not required in any activity, but
flexibility is essential.

* It is preferred but not essential, as full training is provided, that
Group Leaders hold a minimum of a Level 2 childcare qualification
e.g CACHE, NNEB, NCFE, NVQ, NNOCN, C&G or have basic
experience of working within a childcare environment.

* Comprehensive training is provided.

Day Camps are located at superb venues in Ascot, Brentwood, Bromley, Esher, Mill Hill, Northwood, Wimbledon, Woodford,Reigate, Tunbridge Wells, Richmond,Colfe's and the NEW sites Alderham, WD6 and Chertsey, KT16.



Full training and support provided. An assessment and training day is required for all applicants. Applicants must be UK/EU citizens or have a valid UK work permit.
